This Patient Guide provides important information about accessing our services, estimated treatment costs, what to do in case of an emergency, and how to provide feedback about your experience.

Who Can Access Our Services
Killoran Dental welcomes everyone in our community, including individuals, families, and patients of all ages.
We provide care for private patients, Department of Veterans’ Affairs (DVA) card holders, and children eligible under the Child Dental Benefits Schedule (CDBS).
Our team is committed to providing inclusive, respectful, and accessible care for all.
Service Costs
We believe in transparency and dentists will gladly provide you with a treatment plan and clear breakdown of costs upon request. Our recommendation is to discuss fees directly with your dentist, as reception will not be confirm what treatment will be required. We offer comprehensive exam and cleans to new patients for $239, including X Rays.
We have HICAPS for instant health fund claims, as well as CDBS, DVA and Metro South Health vouchers. We also offer payment plans in the form of Afterpay.
After-Hours and Emergency Care
If you have a dental emergency during our opening hours, please call us right away. We keep time each day for urgent cases. If you need help when we’re closed, call 13 HEALTH (13 43 25 84) for free advice or visit your nearest hospital emergency department if you have serious pain, swelling, or trauma.
